Administration Department

The Administrative Services Department is the principal link between the City Council, City staff, and the public. The role of the Department is to provide the best public service possible to all involved with the City, whether they are residents, business, staff, or the City Council.

The City’s Administration Department includes Pete Carr, City Manager; Rebecca Webster, Director of Administrative Services/Assistant City Manager; City Attorney Greg Einhorn; City Clerk Jennifer Schmitke; City Treasurer and Accounting Technician Letty Espinosa , Accounting Technician II Deysy Guerrero and Admin Tech Meagan Mondragon.

Complaints about City services and facilities are welcomed by the City Manager at City Hall, 815 Fourth Street, Orland; (530) 865-1603 at any time. The City Manager promptly investigates and equitably resolves complaints.
